Our Group Classes are perfect if you want to jump right into training at Skybound. Highly recommended for people who love the energy of a larger group while still receiving expert guidance from a coach.

You’ll have access to the most popular time slots (early morning, lunchtime, and post-work evening). Each class is 60 minutes long.

Strength Class Sample Format

A slower paced class focused on maximizing strength and perfecting technique so you can carry all of your groceries in one go.

  • 10 min warm up

  • 20 min strength + power

  • 20 min muscle building

  • 10 min cool down + mobility

Semi-Private Training

Size: Max 3-4 people

Price: As low as $62 per session*

Billed in 8 or 12 sessions per month*

Our Semi-Private Training is designed to help you focus on your individual goals with group accountability. Perfect for those who would benefit from a tailored fitness plan with the comradery and motivation of a small group.

Every Semi-Private client receives:

  • Tailored training program for your specific goals

  • Nutrition coaching for optimal general health, fat loss, or muscle gain

  • History of every workout you ever do with us (via app)

  • Flexible scheduling and budget options per cycle
